Our Tradition

History and Family Tradition

The winery, located in the basement of the family home, relies on more than one hundred years of antiquity, and wine was made using traditional techniques passed down from generation to generation.

In 2000, a renovation was carried out providing the winery with the appropriate technology to produce high quality wines. Elisa Collarte only produces 100% grower's wine of own production.

Native Grapes

We only cultivate local varieties such as Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, Loureira, and red varieties Mencía, Caíño and Sousón.

Designation of Origin

All our wines are protected under the prestigious Ribeiro Designation of Origin.
