A winery with family tradition, located in the heart of the O Ribeiro region, making wine with native grapes from our own vineyards. One of the first wineries in the Ribeiro Designation of Origin and Elisa Collarte one of its first female "Colleiteiras".

The winery, located in the basement of the family home, relies
on
more than one hundred years of antiquity, and wine was made using traditional
techniques
passed down from generation to generation.
In 2000, a renovation was carried out providing the winery with the
appropriate technology to produce high quality wines. Elisa Collarte only
produces 100% grower's wine of own production.

We currently produce the following brands: "Sousón", "Santo André", "Paco y Elisa" and Elisa Collarte (White and Red), all of them made with native grapes.
Intense reddish color, bright and vibrant. Medium intensity aromas with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate, tasty, fresh and structured, luscious, with a perfectly integrated acidity. 100% Sousón.
Sousón

Straw yellow with greenish reflections and glyceric consistency. Medium intensity aromas of hay, citrus and stone fruits. Made with Treixadura, Godello, Albariño and Loureira.
Santo André

Straw yellow with olive green reflections, clean and bright. Frank, clean, elegant and high intensity aroma. In the mouth aromatic, balanced and very persistent. 100% Treixadura.
Paco y Elisa

Frank, expressive with good mouthfeel, very open on the nose with well-defined aromas, quality oak and dairy notes. Made with treixadura, godello and albariño varieties.
Elisa Collarte White

Purplish red wine of medium layer and bright. On the nose highlights candied red fruit, coffee and spice notes, all wrapped in an elegant and silky wood. Made with Mencía, Caíño and Sousón.
